  26. Set up the large items the day before the event, i.e. tents, stage.   Then it will be quick work to put out chairs, water, etc., the morning of the outreach.
  27. Sound equipment, music – (this was the most time consuming item to set up the morning of the outreach).   We recommend these workers get there early to deal with any problems that may arise.
  28. Prayer partners need to pray for the prayer seeker and his/her needs.   The outreach is not designed for counseling, but for providing a safe place for prayer and ministering Christ.
  29. Prayer team leader keeps up with and turns in all prayer request forms at the end of the outreach.   Prayer over these needs continue even after the outreach.
  30. Clean up for a good day's work.
