Absolute Truisms I

Holiness is one’s inward consecration to God revealed by an outward manifestation to others.
A praying man is a staying man. A praying family is a staying family. A praying ministry is a staying ministry…and only in that order!
The stability of one’s family is the anchor of one’s life. One will not have a stable walk if his house is out of step.
When God puts two together, He desires them to remain as one forever.
One cannot expect to be double-minded with God and expect God to be single-minded with him.
Testing reveals one’s true faith and brings out the hidden man. Overcoming strengthens one’s character and brings out the Man within.
Do-nothings have only opinions, but doers have facts.
Visions that are impossible with man are missions that are possible with God.
Before one can make an impact, he must first be able to make a dent.
If you are called to pray, God will lead you to act. If you are burdened to intercede, God will move you to intervene.
Understanding of today will determine how you will face tomorrow. Knowledge of tomorrow will determine the steps you will take today.
In His presence is the essence of life…a comfort to saints and conviction to sinners.
Gifts can come in a moment, but character comes in a lifetime.
Growth demands maturity. Maturity commands development. Development insures life.
At times it seems the Lord has left us in the dark while all the time He’s teaching us to see.
The natural man judges others but justifies himself; he accuses his neighbor but acquits himself.
One’s actions are evidence of what one believes.
Man’s life is not his own-whatever controls him, owns him.
Man may have the power of choice but God has all power of control.
The fruit of the Spirit is the character of Christ produced in one’s life. The fruits of Righteousness are the characteristics of Christ’s kingdom portrayed in one’s walk.
The fear of God in one’s heart will cause one to honor God with one’s life.
Carnal choices come with high prices. Spiritual choices come with high rewards.
A disciple who decreases in personal autonomy increases in the Lord’s sovereignty.
An aspect of grace is God’s divine ability through one’s faith.
The fool professes to believe but within thinks he can manage on his own; The just live by faith in God while the fool lives by faith in himself.
Dead men have no attitudes!
